Her twin brother and her heart, Taako is the closest feeling to home that Lup's ever known. The two of them have lived through it all together, knowing full well that their scrappy childhood was only survivable because they had one another to rely on.

Unfortunately for Lup, the Taako in Wonderland has had his memories of her completely wiped, over two hundred years together that her memory has been swept free from, leaving Taako to believe that all of the trials they took on together, he'd always just survived through alone. It's been difficult for Lup to navigate this new relationship for them, her knowing who he is and he being unable to comprehend her real role in his life, but she's taking what she can get. There's just so much of her brother that she doesn't quite understand anymore.

magnus burnsides

Magnus was Head of Security on (what was supposed to be) a two-month expedition mission for the IPRE. But now with a century's worth of memories with the man, Magnus has become family and one of Lup's closest friends. His infectious optimism and general recklessness are traits that Lup herself shares, so the two of them play well off of each other's high energy, leading to many heroic rescues and just as many needless deaths together.

But just like her twin, Magnus' memories of Lup have been erased by Lucretia, their entire mission and century together turned to static by the Voidfish. Lup's grateful that Magnus seems a lot more accepting of this information, apologizing often for not remembering her, their relationship in Wonderland not too far off from how they interacted back on the Starblaster.

lucretia

Lucretia was the chronicler of their mission for the IPRE, the woman in charge with writing all the details of their adventure down. As the only two women on the mission, it was only natural for Lup and Lucretia to gravitate towards each other at some point, but neither could have expected how close they'd really get it. Over the course of their one hundred year journey, Lucretia became Lup's drinking buddy, her favorite person to gossip to, and with time, her very best friend.

Which just makes it all the worse when a much older Lucretia than Lup's ever known arrived to Wonderland, having been solely responsible for erasing the memory of Lup from her friends and twin brother. It's made things complicated between them here. Lup's still trying to work that out.

Considering the first person she ran into in Wonderland was a twin brother who didn't know who she was, Lup came into the mansion not really expecting much. Which is exactly why meeting Liv so early on into her stay was such a blessing to the elf. Since then, the two have become closer, discovering a lot of shared interests between them (drinking, for one) and that they both aren't exactly alive.

But a little thing like being dead isn't going to stop either of them from continuing to have fun together.
