Her twin brother and her heart, Taako is the closest feeling to home that Lup's ever known. The two of them have lived through everything together, including at least a hundred different world-ending apocalypses, knowing full well that their scrappy childhood was only survivable because they had one another to rely on.

Lup's dearest friend of over a hundred years. Stuck on a ship full of men, it was only natural that the only two women onboard the Starblaster would become quick friends, seeking each other out for gossip, a safe place to vent, and for laughs. Lucretia easily became one of Lup's best friends during this time, a friendship that has only continued to blossom and thrive since then, even with all of their history behind them. No matter how her brother may feel about the woman, Lup still loves and forgives Lucretia completely for what happened, and though they have fought about it on occasion, at the end of the day, Lup will always welcome Lucretia back with open arms.

Depending on what role he's playing, Lup's opinion of the man is severely different. John the physical being, the man, the troll who lives in her backyard, is a figure the elf's come to care for at least a little, enough to let him stay on her property, to keep him fed. He's still such an enigma to her, someone she can't quite get a proper read on, but his boringly plain appearance upon their first meeting just makes her brush her concerns aside. He's just a guy. Just some dude trapped in the same situation as the rest of them. She has no idea that he's the same John who killed Merle a dozen times over, the same man who is the Hunger, the ravenous sentient plane that's been chasing her for nearly a full one hundred years. Luckily for Lup, John doesn't know she's from the crew of the Starblaster either, so they can continue to live in some sort of peace for now.

Considering how aloof she is with other elves, is it strange how immediately Lup takes to other nagas? Fiddleford in particular became her fast friend in this place, the man taking so much of his time to mentor Lup in all things snake, giving her tips on Ryslig itself, on what to prepare for with her changes, on how different having a tail would be, on how to feed. Without his guidance, Lup's adjustment period in Ryslig would have dragged out for months, the woman too stubborn to acknowledge just what was happening to her body, but Fiddleford kept the elf from falling into denial. Since then, they've been intensely close, sharing their pasts and their current hurts with one another. Outside of Barry, Fiddleford is the only other person Lup turned to for comfort with Taako disappeared, trusting him enough to open up in her grief. Though she's made a handful of close friends in her stay so far, Fiddleford is at the top, someone she would defend without hesitation.

An interesting man and a total mystery of a monster. Lup still doesn't completely know what to think of Greed, not even now some months later. All she knows is that she can't keep her distance from him, even if every sharp instinct of hers screams otherwise. His everything just reeks of danger and that constantly draws the elf right to him. Maybe having him as a friend, having him on her side, will come in handy some day.
