[In the smaller of the boxes are a pair of metallic hair sticks designed to resemble semi-coiled snakes, complete with gleaming rhinestone eyes. They're meant for the so much hair that Shoka heard Lup has, but, given their weight and sharpness, could probably also double as weapons in an emergency.

In the other box is just about the most depressing-looking robot dog one could imagine, which Lup may or may not have seen a few recent ads for.]
